The virtuality of organizational teams have gained interest and popularity in recent years, become more prevalent amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizational productivity team relationship-building may suffer certain pitfalls virtual communication support without understanding dynamics short-term, project-based teams. manuscript aimed to expand what is currently known about short-term related types effective leadership behaviors. present study employed a mixed method approach these at both individual level.
